Support

Our support are here to help you with any issues or questions you may have in regards to your anti-cheat. Our support does have several rules in place to ensure the efficiency of our support and the protection of our support members.

We ask for basic respect when you contact our support. We are a small human team, who's here to help you. Getting angry or passive aggressive doesn't help, as respect is a two-way street. If you're getting frustrated, step back and come back to the ticket when you're ready.

Support Hours

Our support hours are between 15:00 and 22:00 (UTC). Outside of these hours, while we'll do our best to assist you, we cannot guarantee immediate responses. Your patience is appreciated, and we'll get back to you as soon as possible during our support hours.
